We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the App's core functionality.

Authentication Information

List.it uses Google Sign-In via Supabase for authentication. When you log in with Google, we receive the following information:

• openid
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
• Your email address
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to operate List.it:

• To authenticate you and allow access to the App.
• To display your own name, email address, and profile picture to you while logged in.
• To display only your name to other users when you are added as a collaborator.

We do not:

• Use your email address, name, or profile picture for advertising.
• Share personal information for marketing purposes.
• Collect or store any additional personal data beyond what is described above.

3. Data Storage and Processing

Authentication and user data are securely handled by Supabase, which provides backend and authentication services for List.it. Supabase processes data according to its own privacy and security standards.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your name may be visible to other users only when you collaborate on shared households and lists. No other personal information is shared with other users.

5. Account Deletion and Data Removal

You may delete your user account at any time.

When you delete your account:

• Your user account is permanently removed.
• Your email address, name, and profile picture are deleted from our database.
• Any authentication data associated with your account is no longer accessible through List.it.

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. User can log in anytime to create a new account.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all associated personal data (email, name, and profile picture) is removed from our systems.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data associated with your account.
• Request deletion of your account and related data.

Account deletion can be performed directly via the application by the user or requested via the contact information below.

8. Children's Privacy

List.it is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this document.
